Winner and only recipient of 2006 Gyana Pravaha scholarship for
young and promising artists for Khayal.

Presented a premier show on the concept of Robindro Raga; that is
presenting Khayal in Ragas as
they were conceived by Tagore.
The above mentioned performances are just some of the major music
concerts; Sounak regularly presents Classical Music and
Rabindrasangeet exclusively on numerous occasions in Kolkata and
outside India as well.
