1st Prize and awarded Title Surmani in the famous Kal-Ke-Kalakar music competition organized by Sur Singar Sansad of Mumbai (2004). Empanelled as an artist of the ICCR in both Hindustani Vocal (Khayal) and Rabindra Sangeet (Songs of Rabindranath Tagore). Winner and only recipient of 2006 Gyana Pravaha scholarship for young and promising artists for Khayal. Awarded The Shanmukha Sangeetha Shiromani Award by Shanmukhananda Sangeetha Sabha in Mumbai - December 2015
